We will enjoy some fun and invigorating mindful movement and gentle yoga poses to get our energies flowing.

You will be guided through Meditation and visualisation to help you embody your Spirit and tune into its guidance.

The ceremony will finish with a luxurious therapeutic sound bath to cleanse your cellular tissue and leave you feeling a deliciously pleasurable, peace and calm.

Allahna will be working with the powerful energies of the Earth, Sky and Spirit to co-create a empowering experience for you.

We will share tea and light healthy vegetarian snacks afterward.

Allahna Jaylah is a Wisdom Keeper and teaches people to tap into their own inner resources to heal, grow, learn and Love.

Allahna is a Yoga Therapist, Behavioural Scientist, Music Therapist, Reiki Master and Kinesiologist. She brings 35 years of mindful movement and healing experience that infuse her Ceremonial creations.
