Autumn is the season for letting go. As the days become shorter and the climate cooler and drier, the trees start to lose their leaves and we know that Autumn is here.

We have a wonderful opportunity to release and let go, slow down as we descend into peace and quiet.

We will explore the meridians (energy channels) of the Autumn Metal element, release and let go through yoga, movement, sound and reflection.

Allahna’s music healing will seep in and fill the newly cleansed space in your cells with sparkling energy. You can feel filled with Spirit, peace and Love. Your intuition can arise in this sacred pause with insights about how to let go at this time.
