About the event

Experience a deeply restorative integration of breath, a yoga flow, some thai chi inspired movements, music, mantra and meditation. Be guided on a gentle journey to help balance your chakras and your nervous system with the purpose of restoring you to wholeness on all levels.

Our chakras are subtle energy centres that offer us guidance and wisdom when we learn how to bring them back into balance. We will explore how the connection of your chakras to your nervous system opens the gate to inner peace. Through this inner calm, you can feel energised, centred, clear on your goals and aligned with your dreams. Reset your body, mind and Spirit to walk gently forward into the lighter and brighter days into spring.

Jaylah Sound Journeys is back at Balanced Practice Yoga. This time Allahna with her native American flutes, handpan, and other ambient instruments is Joined by Lish with her enchanting Cello. Allahna will gently guide you through a joyful movement practice while Lish serenades you with the deeply resonant tones of her Cello. In the second half together Allahna and Lish will delight your body, mind and Soul with  a beautiful musical sound bath.

This ceremony is intended to resonate deeply and help you feel alive with more peace, presence, lightness and joy.

The yoga and mindful movement will be accessible for everyone with different options for you to choose from. You are encouraged to listen to your body and respond to what it needs.
