About the event
Experience a deeply restorative integration of breath, a yoga flow, some thai chi inspired movements, music, mantra and meditation. Be guided on a gentle journey to help balance your chakras and your nervous system with the purpose of restoring you to wholeness on all levels.
Our chakras are subtle energy centres that offer us guidance and wisdom when we learn how to bring them back into balance. We will explore how the connection of your chakras to your nervous system opens the gate to inner peace. Through this inner calm, you can feel energised, centred, clear on your goals and aligned with your dreams. Reset your body, mind and Spirit to walk gently forward into the lighter and brighter days into spring.
