Experience a rejuvenating and personalized therapeutic yoga session in the comfort of Allahna's home studio at RainbowHoopWellness. These private sessions are designed to cater to your specific physical and mental needs, incorporating yoga postures, breathing techniques, and hands-on adjustments to create spaciousness in your body and support overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to release trigger points, increase flexibility, or simply feel amazing, our private sessions at RainbowHoopWellness are tailored to help you reach your goals.

Cancellation Policy

We have a no refund policy. For classes and appointments, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment or class, your session will be forfeited. If you give 24 hours notice you can reschedule to another class. For event and workshop bookings we require a minimum of 48hrs notice for changes or cancellations. If you give 48 hours notice we can arrange the money to be transferred to a future event, classes, or private sessions. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% charge of the total cost. The other 50% can be used for a future event, regular classes or 1:1 sessions. We understand things happen, sometimes at the last minute. If there are extenuating circumstances please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so we can find a solution.
